Einar is CEO, Chairman, entrepreneur and business developer with broad management experience. He is the founder of Natural State, a leading organization working to realize economical sustainable structures for different markets. His passion is to combine idealism and realism in economical sustainable business structures where value-based concepts with focus on ex. ethical, social, environmental or cultural identity is created, sustained and carried out within different segments. Einar is constantly working on several internationalization projects where Scandinavian or/and Nordic flat structured, transparent business culture and collaborative approach to the markets is key business models. Strategical approach to concepts and branding based on real products, stories with integrity, solidarity in the value chain development and branding and brand development for clear communication in the markets is the key success elements in the business modeling.
